Curry

This shoot was a lot of fun. It was mostly outdoors locally here in Cambridge. I hit the jackpot and found all kinds of cool locations I didn't previously know about!

We started out at the Hespeler Library, which is really cool architecturally and totally worth a visit...especially if you like to read!

Next we headed over to Forbes Park and found this great sleigh at the entrance. Couldn't be better right before the holidays.

The river was just down the block, so we headed across the street and found the craziest alley full of graffiti on our way! Amazing!

I'd like to thank Jacquie and her family Jamie and Josh for all the fun we had.

Cheers all and Merry Christmas.

The Erie's

Another family shoot today with a lovely family from Ayr. Three years and eleven weeks can be tricky ages to shoot, but for he most part these boys were my lil angels for the day.

Mom and dad were also easy to shoot and cute to boot!

Dad and son taking a moment as kings of the wall.

The unique location in many of these photos was a B&B in Ayr called The Swan and The Peacock. They had the most amazing property and country chic esthetic inside. If anyone needs to put up visiting family for weddings or special occasions, I'm telling you The Swan and Peacock was lovely!

Look mom!

Antique toys and games can still entertain the lil ones.

Cute doesn't cut it!

I love to catch them sleeping. Such a short time when they still fall asleep anywhere.

A random catch, but precious!

Dad can make anyone laugh!

Santa baby is coming to town!

Mommy makes them so happy!

One last goodbye from the little man of mystery!

Thanks to this family for sharing the day with me, and thanks to our hosts on location Gail and Ralph at The Swan and Peacock.

Hot Special!!!

The Warnock's

With this being the first official photography blog post, it only makes sense that it should be of my bestie and her family who I love dearly.

Meet the Warnocks.

These photos were taken late this summer just before the fall leaves started to come in. It was a great day other than the bugs in the swamp. The pictures in there were worth it though.

We stopped at GCI, my old highschool, and my favorite building in this city.

I love the attitude in this above photo. So cute, and so Stef.

After this we headed to a restaurant downtown Galt and the Mill Race Park. The Mill Race is a photographers staple in Cambridge. Once an old stone lumber mill on the river, now a ruin converted into an amphitheater and park used for weddings and site seeing.

The frame was a great little prop, and this little one needed to get in on the action. Look at those freckles!

A family shoot wouldn't be complete without lots of love!

The Young's

This is a mix of my own families photographs that I have taken and love and wanted to share.

This is a colour splash technique I've been working on. Black and white looks great with the little pop of colour, and a little sweetie doesn't hurt either.

These were my oldest at a very young age, but what a good poser!

The above were my oldest son all ready for a wedding. Special occasions are a great time to capture special memories.

These last few were taken on some nature paths close to our home. You always get great shots with a great nature trail as your backdrop.

These last four were taken last fall in a local park. I love getting fall colours in my photos. Thanks for visiting and checking out my work.
